12/27/22- Akeem I love #2 when like you said I want to use gentler leafs like soursop, St. John’s bush, casa alata. But when you run out and want to be sure you have that sea moss in the morning. Number 3 is the go to. Also, during this time of the year adding the cinnamon, star anise warms the spirit during the colder months. Every morning I steep ginger root and key lime juice as a tea then add a large dollop of the sea moss gel. I have also put in folio porridge as well delicious. But I don’t like to go a day without getting my sea moss.

@AkeemPierre, I have viewed several of your videos, purchased initially the Sea Moss and Sweet Bay Leaves. I made two different jars of gel, ie one raw and one bay leaves (all in the blend). Now, my second ever batch of gel was the second illustration with the bay leaf infusion. However, I've added a finger length of ginger. Blended it all, set on the counter for a little bit, then placed in the fridge. The leaf and ginger mix is strong. Also, I make bay leaf tea with ginger. Taste great, but, I reuse the leaves and ginger with fresh leaves/ginger. It too is potent and tasty. My second order should be arriving in a few days of Anamu, moss, leaves, fiona. Plus, I ordered a new blender. I am committed to this added health mindset to my already healthy routine. I agree with your logic in selecting the product combo for the 'BENEFITS'!! I will make more more due to my daily consumption whether 'straight up, smoothie, in my food. I'm on a MISSION! Thanks for the insightful knowledge. Peace

Ok, I really appreciate this video, but I must inquire about the concept of heating the sea. Others, including yourself, have taught/suggested that boiling/heating damages many health processes. Would you suggest using both methods as a good practice? Also I struggle with getting a good smooth texture with the full spectrum sea moss, too.
@AkeemPierre3 жыл бұрын
Bless. You can definitely use both methods! Cooking it is the traditional way and you’ll definitely still feel the benefits. Try this method with the full spectrum and let me know how it goes. If you have any more issues send an email and we’ll try to assist you.

Question: For marketing and when talking to my customers what is the difference when it comes to your Full-Spectrum Seamoss vs. Golden Seamoss. Thanks for always having wonderful products
@jfros97943 жыл бұрын
Raquel Hoard I usually explain as the hood is usually closest to sun and has been naturally bleached of color. Although sea moss is can grow Golden in color at certain times of the season and location but also the color sea moss is deeper and is not sun dried at all so it maintains its natural color and usually has more or less in certain vitamins and and phytonutrients and antioxidants such and colored fruits and veggies

I think when people ask should or shouldn't they boil, it's because they know that a boiling method can potentially burn alot of the minerals, so the question is asked to you guys because of your knowledge to be sure that boiling doesn't actually take away the purpose of buying it in the first place. I've also noticed several people on this thread ask specifically about boiling and potential damage to nutritional loss in the thread and these questions aren't being answered can you help us out with this one?
@damionalston18792 жыл бұрын
The traditional method in the Caribbean is to boil it. If you simmer it around 140 (10-15minutes - after soaking 4+ hours) this removes any bacteria from the moss and will give you a better shelf life.

What is the difference between your full spectrum and golden seamoss? Also, I have been using seamoss gel for over a year now once a day in the mornings infused into my warm lemon water and I have seen some benefits however I am not vegan or vegetarian so wondering why many say do not bother consuming seamoss if you are not detoxing or have not changed your diet preferably to vegan. What are your thoughts on benefits of seamoss if you are not vegan?
