Hello Sir.. I am Roshan Chetry (40 yrs) from India. I have been suffering from tinitus, ear pain, discomfort while loud talking since 2009 after joining body building gym. Visites more than 50 doctors but not cured 100%. Now I realise it could be due to SCM injury. I have a little forward head posture also. What should I do? Pls reply I would be thankful to you.

My husband has a weak right side- when he falls ges unable to get enough strength to roll over onto his needs and push up.once hes on his knees its ok he just cant do the first part to get his hips over his knees to push up. Ive tried everything and now I have an extremely bad back from having no other way of getting him up than by yanking him up and on to his knees😢
