I am 80 years of age I am very disabled and fall easily. If I fall there is no way I can get up by myself. I have looked at a lot of this type of video, and they don't help. It may work for older people with some strength in their limbs. If you have widespread arthritis and stenosis of the spine, plus diabetic legs as I have the only way to get up is to have somebody near help you up. I have fallen and had to wait hours before I could get help. It's easy for a young person to pretend to be disabled and use your method. Try it when you are old and disabled.

Hi Ed. Your videos are very helpful. I'm 70 and living in Fiji. My biggest problem with getting up off the floor is my knees. I can't put any weight or pressure on them at all. They're okay when walking, but not any kind of kneeling. Any suggestions?

My husband has a weak right side- when he falls ges unable to get enough strength to roll over onto his needs and push up.once hes on his knees its ok he just cant do the first part to get his hips over his knees to push up. Ive tried everything and now I have an extremely bad back from having no other way of getting him up than by yanking him up and on to his knees😢
