My balloons don't stretch around it once inflated!

Try to fill less air...for example if it is 12 inch capacity balloon,fill it till 9 inches only then it may be easier to stretch.

Yes....please follow below instructions *Don't fill too much water. ( 75 % water to the actual balloon size) *It's better to do out door *At the base of balloon give some flat surface support *While making knot...with one hand hold neck of balloons tightly & with other hand stretch the neck of balloons - use the balloon tool in the same way as video
