2 more ideas: Chair Ladder- I'm pretty sure everybody knows about this one, if you don't, simply stack chairs as high as you want, and climb them on their back. Thin Walls Ladder: Place thin walls, any height. Place a slab in to the side, and stack to their 1 block below. (Example 10 thin walls, 9 slab thin walls) Add optional details to your ladder if you want. I tested this one myself, it does work.
