i really like this system. I actually have two of those boxes and I use them for vintage greeting cards - I never thought of ephemera. It's genius using those envelopes. I also like your idea of putting most used items in the front AND the back. THAT IS SO SMART. I never would've thought of the back as a "frequently used" section but it makes perfect sense! Thanks so much for sharing these tips!

I do something similar. I use the bottom 1/3 section of a 'Busy Box' from the Container Store - with casters. I use letter size page protectors for categories - turned on their sides horizontally. i label the spine with Sharpie. The categories are sorted alphabetically. The bin rolls under my craft table when not in use.

I need to get the pieces of this system. I have my ephemera pieces all over the place in boxes, bags, and large mailer envelopes. It's a hot mess, to say the least! 😂 I am so glad I saw this. Thank you! ❤😊
