@DrSusieGTeam I am very skeptical. how is it even possible? How would someone know if they are experiencing an orgasm without ejaculation? I've been using edging for years. There are times when the sensation is quite intense and difficult to not ejaculate. Is that an orgasm? its no where near as intense as if I let it go and experienced a full release and ejaculation, but... its not bad.

It's really good to heat people talking about this. As a nearly 50 year meditation practitioner and 60 year high altitude sports practitioner I'd like to say something about breathing. Definitely breathe in through your nose. This filters and moistens the air, plus adds valuable nitric oxide to the bliodstream. If you breathe out through your mouth and restrict the flow, it will slow the breath down giving more time for the lungs to absorb oxygen. It will also slightly pressurize the lungs, simulating a lower altitude and help push oxygen into the bloodstream. Breathing out slowly also engages the parasympathetic nervous system and impedes ejaculation. I've been conserving and harvesting my sexual energy for almost 50 years and have many techniques for riding waves of pleasure and orgasm without ejaculating. It will be interesting to hear the rest of this interview.

cool training. 20 min meditation. deep breathing 5 mins, deep breathing with sound on the exhale 5 min, rest the breath and practice squeezing pelvic floor for 10 seconds then rest 10 seconds for 5 mins, then 5 mins of putting it all together with deep breathing with squeezing the pelvic floor on inhale and release on exhale for 5 mins. Do it every morning. This worked for me to build sensitivity and control. It opened my channels so that sexual energy flows freely through my body now.

what kind of clinic would teach men about orgasm without ejaculation? I've seen a PHCP, Urologist, Psychiatrist and sex therapist. Non of them have ever mentioned this or referred me to someone who would.

Not only breath but also imagination that brings up via spine the sexual energy to upper body to brains then bring it down the circulate it at same time if too much energy then bring it down to lehs and ground. This really needs practice a lot of it. Can practice solo first. Remember it is man who needs this technique more coz for women they just rest and if they know how to circulate its better but by default they are just nice cozy. Foe men we need to learn and don't get beaten by our desire versus fair sexual dealings.

Interesting talk. I've been trying to learn orgasm without ejaculation for some time. There are so many different reachoon this topic. I like his approach and I practice the mindfulness way of doing sex and solo time. I'm glad she brought up the expectations aspect of it. The first couple of times I did not ejaculate with my wife she 1 Thought there was something wrong with her and 2.Something is wrong with me. I explained what I was doing and although she understood, she, herself does not feel fulfilled unless I finish.
