Hello, I currently own timeshare with the Villa group in Mexico and another 2 bedroom with Tafer residence group. I am always getting offers from places such as Travel Cubby to have them either rent my timeshare or have them resale it for a 5% commission. I don’t know if these are scams. I have seen your 5 minute video and was wondering if I can make money listing on what I own using your method.

After talking to hundreds of timeshare owners, I have found that if a company calls you to offer their rental or resale services, it is almost always a scam. That's why I teach timeshare owners how to rent their timeshare themselves because the truth is, no one will ever care more about your investment than you do. And yes, you can make a profit renting your timeshares in Mexico.

Hi new to the channel. Looking at booking a call but trying to figure out if your program covers how to use the last minute bookings on RCI and getting bonus stays. We use our week. But the salesman pointed out the other option trying to see if that was hot air or really possible. 🤔

Hello and welcome to the Timeshare Rental Strategies family! That's a great question! And, because no 2 timeshares are alike and the rules governing each program within them are different, I don't specifically address the last minute bookings on RCI or getting bonus stays. Instead, my approach is to give you my Timeshare Snapshot worksheet and teach you the RIGHT questions to ask, so you can determine what the consequences and implications of those rules are, for any program your timeshare offers. Then I walk you through the process of creating a custom timeshare rental strategy based on those rules. Of course, some timeshare programs are more lucrative than others from a rental standpoint.

If you bought a Time share while on vacation, Y'all got suckered. You could have bought it on secondary market for half (or less). Secondly, you should have bought dividend paying mutual funds & used cash flow to pay for vacation. There is a special place in Hell for people who sell Time share. They lie, cheat, manipulate & steal. You have been warned.

@@TimeshareRentalStrategies No, I have not been burned. I have been a real estate investor for 43 years. Either in Real Estate or Stock Markets, if someone comes to you to pitch a sale, they are there for their benefit, not yours'. Moreover, if t hey lure you in with a free gift, that should be a huge red flag--Run, do not walk, in the opposite direction.
