3 Week VW Camper Tour - Family of 5 - Part 1 Cornwall

In the summer of 2019 we made a 3-4 week trip with 3 kids in our beloved VW California. We started in South Cornwall touring around various lovely sites, and then up to Lincolnshire and Norfolk, and then across to France for a nightstop before calling in at the Dusseldorf Caravan Salon in Germany and following the Rhine river down through the Black Forest, and across the Alps back to Italy.
It was such a long and epic trip that we decided to split it into 3 videos.
Part 1 is our amazing trip around Cornwall where we visited Porthcurno Beach, the Minack Theatre, Lands End, Trebah Gardens and the Eden Project.

Cali Camper Very nice, looking forward to the video from the Black Forest. Actually Trixi and I want to fly to the Caribbean over Easter. Unfortunately it can happen that the Corona virus prevents us from doing so. Maybe we will then drive with our nugget through northern Germany. There will be a video there in any case. In summer we will go to Holland. Love to the family!

Please be careful with this type of anchoring your Fiamma as a strongish wind , which will be held by the awning straps. at the outside may part from the van on the inside edge (ie: the points nearest the van). seen this done a couple of times. Just a warning guys

Yes, thanks Frederick, I suppose the straps could then become stronger than what it is holding. We’ll watch out for stronger winds and wind it in...👍🏻
