Why do they show replay sometimes?

One reason is that when a replay contains a certain vehicle, it will be more likely to spawn after you play the replay. Another is that it skips the fadeout to black when you enter a mission marker. There might be some other reasons that I am forgetting, but those two are the most common ones.
