When you accumulate 500M, these purchases are drops in the bucket. Plus, if you are trying to complete Career goals to unlock Niko and CJ outfits, you have a series of yacht missions that you will have to complete.

I agree, I think these purchases are more aimed at players who don't have much money because there are clearly better things to spend their money on.

the 200k del perro height apertmanet is an amazing investment. its rlly cheap, 10 car garage, spaawn location and access to ton of fun heists

the yacht was expensive back in the days, but today a new car is about 3-5 million dollars. you wanna pay 3 million for a car, which you already have 158 in your garage or pay 9 million for a whole big yacht. i`ll take the yacht!

I use the properties near my businesses to fast travel to them. I'd definitely buy that huge mansion on the left side of the map that is overlooking the ocean and is sometimes a helicopter drop for the MC businesses if they every made it purchasable.

All the yacht is good for is turning on AA defenses and pairing it up with your Chernobog.

@@dataghost9925 get a Cargobob from it's CEO mission because a normal Cargobob can't lift up a Chernobog, hook the Cargobob to the Cherno and put the latter vehicle on the helipad on the lower level, and bam, have fun.

They should let you have extra houses/apartment, then rent them out to players that don't want to invest so much. lol

well as michael says i bought a yacht coz i love to look at it......and making 10 mil is very easy with the replay glitch!

There is lots of stuff you can buy in the game, that I think is stupid shit. Like liveries. I see the yacht as being something like that, just for show. No practical purpose. I own many many vehicles and have never applied a livery, and probably never will... Also, the Kosatka. I want to buy that, but it makes you do a mission first, which I hate. I am a grinder. But I have tried to do the mission several times, and every time it glitches out. Transports me to the inside of the Sub, Then locks up and drops me on the street, far from my starting point. lol I guess it's not meant to be!

Yeah I buy the apartments to own more garages and I own just even the eclipse garage I collect cars and I play on PC. The Laser Jet I bought before the Rayju exists this was 2020 or 21. Well yeah the yacht looks very cool but it helps me when I make missions with the air defend Yeah I have enough money to have all this things and yeah I own the Kosatka too and with that I make my money with the Cayo Perico heist I have 780.000.000 $ and I have all properties to can make money. For me was your video entertaining that’s all

Like i said a few month ago. If there were logic in GTA . Why a submarine ? think about it , 5 +Mill (whit upgrade and sparrow) But can only use it to access cayo perico , nothing else... but you can take a plane to the island or a longfin. If the sub could be use in other mission ok fine .. At lease the Yacht you can bring girls over to partie... 🤣 Bit yes appartements and Lazer are to stay away from... Good work

I currently have 550M and could get 1B easy, and owned all of these things + more, these aren't worst buys, these purchases are aimed towards people who have enough money to carelessly buy them. The targeted audience isn't poor people.

Sorry Poob, got to disagree with 2 of these. My top 3 pointless buys are, 1. Luxor Deluxe (gold plane) 2. Maze Bank Arena 3. Yacht That said, once you’ve got everything you need and want and have nothing else to spend money on, then these become worth getting for completion.

My apartment is 30 sec from Cluckin Bell. That’s the only reason I use it. I find the Casino Penthouse worthless.
