I lost my interest on Software Engineer because, in my last two jobs, the teams where I worked and the remote teams that were involved in the projects just were the worst experience to work with. Days full of meetings every 3 hours just for nothing and to know what we were working on, Unexisting documentation of everything, the external teams never answer and so on, but the worst was in my teams, in one project, no one cares of doing the tasks, two of them were speaking badly of me and the others like they were the only ones that were working and to know how to work and if I said something the others, they just said "yes" but really never heard, then the project was lost for the company and moved me to another project. even worst, If I asked something they thought that I don't know how to code, the Team lead never create a backlog and each week instead of continuing with the tasks told me to return to the same tasks that were already done to refactor them, never in a year had a code review and retrospective, again in two more projects the company lost the contracts because never could get results but the team leads never give us tasks that make us continue with something. In the end, the company fires me because of the covid-19 in February. there are a lot of more issues in this story but already is a long comment.
