95% in the seven regions are wetlands, and they must collecting sands from sea shoreline. Many roads and bridges not engineering for semi trucking, beside the entire area soft soils and mostly farmers in the wetlands. These sands or mugs, gravels for filling up water areas and converting to higher ground for building houses avoiding moon soon seasons for generations. They are reinventing the ground levels above the water lines and riverbanks. Rach Gia, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Bac Lieu, Can Tho, Dong Thap, are in south Vietnam considering the most wetlands.
