kinda hoping Mydei is remberance, especially since he got particularly hyped with the lion in the background, and he might be the first big remeberance DPS upgrade onto Aglea, and introduce a more diverse playstyle to remberance DPSs (husbando supremeacy with Phainon, Mydei, Sunday,and my gepard) Ik phainon and mydei probably won't synergize, but just a random idea

i wanted to point out something i noticed in the original trailer: at 5:10 (in your video) the shadow should likely be Sunday. In the original trailer, the narrator says "you will see outlanders from faraway realms visiting under the veil of gloom", so likely not a character from Amphoreus. From the silhouette of the shadow, you can recognize at the base of the neck, it has 2 kinds of "spikes"; they should be the little wings Sunday has. Also, the shadow of a train quickly passes by on the floor, just like in the bossfight against Sunday. I think that Sunday's gonna be relevant to the story and it was just a subtle way to slide him in the trailer, so not a new character at all imho Also EOD i just wanted to tell you that you just make me smile for some reason, it's always enjoyable to peek at your videos from time to time :>

EOD do you think that the 4 unknown faces are not being revealed because they will be built up to and they will be the super hype and strongest units of 3.x, or that they are not revealed because they are afterthought characters and will not be strong? I like the design of the water person but I'm not sure whether it is a better idea to go pull units in the 3.1-3.2 patch and hope she fits into what I'm building or to save entirely, wait for her, and risk relying entirely on reruns to finish her team.

They're not revealed for the same reason that the Luofu characters were not revealed until Penacony's main story was over. They're for later in 3.x.

They had to release the trailer for AG because Duke Inferno's death and cameo by Constance needed context to make sense, but wouldn't have fit well into the live game. Unlike that trailer, this one is included in the actual livestream just like at the end of 1.6. The only character who wasn't playable from that stream was Duke Inferno who did not appear on any supplemental promo after the stream. Safe to say all of these characters should be playable unless hyv really wants to gaslight us.

As a waifu collector, I'm pretty happy with this reveal. Aglaea, Castorice and maybe Cipher are the ones I find the most appealing so as long as they don't put the 3 of them back to back, I think I can save up for them well. Praying that I get all the new waifus that I like!

I'm probably in the extreme minority here, but I'm not feeling any of the new characters much. Just more extremely generic looking anime girls in pretty dresses and Castorice is obviously meant the be the highlight, but she just kind of looks like a reskin of Shore Keeper from WuWa. The catgirl rogue feels odd since we JUST got a purple colored assassin with Moze.

You’re prob right but with the epic of the whole “legends and heroes going against a dying world” vibe they give off in addition to the HUGE HI3rd references and expies they are make them cool and hype imo bc even tho I love HSR (and WuWa lol), this might become my fav patch at this rate. Both with the lore coming and the newer playstyle being added and expanded upon. Respect to ur opinion tho since im not tryna deny what u said, just putting my reasoning as to why I think a lot of ppl, myself included, are looking forward to 3.0 Oh yeh and the way they said “visitors under a veil-“ might be refering to the upcoming Fate colab characters!
