There are credible people saying the escrow is in play. Claver related that JPM & The IMF have shown interest. However, Ripple shareholders must vote for any deal and will likely want irrevocable rules to support the XRPL TO sell Ripple. They'll want to protect their own XRP holdings. Think about it. The escrow is an asset on Ripple's books. Someone ( a quasi-governmental entity) HUGE will likely buy Ripple lock, stock and barrel and plug it into the system in 2025.

At roughly 43,000,000,000 of XRP in escrow, if some entity were to buy Ripple based on the escrow alone, assuming it was priced @ $10,000 PER XRP, that value would be $43 Trillion. If an irrevocable plan stays in place to prevent dumping...etc...etc... IMO THIS IS MORE LIKELY THAN A GENERAL IPO. There is serious interest already established.
