The biggest challenge with making game in godot or any other engine is scripting / coding .

Uh Godot and that main thread. Makes real time proc gen hard because the tilemap is on the main thread.

There's techniques you can use like editing the tilemap before adding it to the scene tree, I may have to dive into these concepts soon if my game hiccups.
