It's always hard doing the right thing in life. Thats why no one wants to do it, regardless what it may be. We have become lazy mentally, physically and spiritually. Just look at the folks. My peer group 50-60 is gone, they are gluttonous, drunken, selfish and obese. Yet they claim Christianity. The Christianity I adhere to requires you to clean the inside of your cup. It's good Jason you are working on cleaning the inside of your cup. It shows the rebirth, the born from above. Keep cleaning it, read 1John3, whole chapter, every day. July 8 2020 is when I quit and haven't had weed since.I marked it down that day in my phone that says " today I take back control" . No matter how long someone has been sober though that addiction is still present but it dosnt control you anymore. I found myself the other day at the bank making a deposit and right beside the bank is a cannabis store and for a quick split second I have to admit I was tempted but then I talked myself off the ledge and talked myself out of making a bad choice and reminded myself of the hard work I put in and why and that life no longer serves me. I have you ever found yourself tempted Jason ? And if so how did you handle it ?

And I'm so glad I didn't go back down that road. You should consider doing a video about if you have found yourself tempted since quitting weed and how you stopped yourself from going down that road. The temptations are always around and thankfully 99.9% of the time they don't phase me because I don't miss that life one bit but I learned the other day that once in awhile you can be caught off guard and be tempted but you are always strong enough to say " no thanks I'm good".

I have been tempted earlier on my journey of quitting, but the decision was so absolute that, nothing was going to stop me, I truly made my mind up and accepted it wasn't doing me any good and realized it had zero value, and was pointless to go back to. Congrats brother! 3 years is amazing, I once had that in my early 20's. I'm nearly 29 now and it's harder now but I've been chasing sobriety for the past 2 years. I even left a man I loved very much because he was a weed dealer and refused to find different work. I know I want a family and to be a good mom. Lately I don't drink but do vape weed everyday and don't feel sober at all. I'm going to try today to get sober. Do u ever have any wine or beer? It's hard because I dint have an alcohol problem but I notice it can lead to me wanting to use weed. Ugh it's hard.

I've also been chasing sobriety for two years. I am in a bad cycle of getting high and thinking about how I need to quit. If I was you I would stay away from alcohol too. So far I'm 5 days without any drugs good luck to you.
