Just a quick thanks, we did the Marmotte last month 25th, I watched your video and stuck to the 80-85% ftp for the climbs, felt slow to start but finished at the top of Huez strong and feeling good when so many others had blown, in future I’ll stick to the numbers 😂 great uploads/ videos and tips, Thanks 👍
