When les said at the end of”Seth did good” actually no Jeff did good. Seth just took an order. Jeff made 2 in 1 and a half days when 1 should take 5 days. He did 10 days worth in 1 and a half days. And all they did was look angry at Jeff.

Yup, this should be totally staged. The punchline is not on the episode where that guy just melted someone's item without asking. It was when the jeweller managed to make it on time for the delivery. I tried it on very tight schedule before and it never works. That is how I know it doesn't happen in real life.
