Bastards, utter bastards. Just adopted a lovely dog from animal shelter and the previous owner traumatised the poor thing, and beat her, it is clear from how she reacts, and starved her. She was rescued when others sought the state of her. She has now come to life. I would love to have the address of the person to show them what abuse felt like.

A lot of people have dogs for show, to show off, to attract others to themselves, and then mistreat them at home, so many locked out into yards in all weathers.

@@phangirlable She was not tending to her dog, that was the problem. I own a dog and the first thing that I do is to make sure that she is safe. There is no way upon Fuller's earth my dog would end up in this situation. My dog is by my side, not trailing behind, because I care, and my pall goes first into lifts, with myself by her side, her head going first. Some people just care for themselves, and even animals come second, an appendix to their lives, rather than part of their lives
