3:36 - when the shit hits the fan. Here the Independence is hit by debris & spirals toward the asteroid surface. At 4:40 is probably the saddest melody of the film - as the pilots are sucked out the windows during a decompression, while AJ, Andropov, Bear, Oscar & Noonan fight to survive. Definitely the best orchestral piece in the movie though, it fits what's happening in the movie so well.

Beginning sounds so much like Pirates of the Caribbean-pretty sure Zimmer worked on this one. When it changes up around :32, man. Sooo good.
