I loved your tips. To prevent milk from over flowing I sprinkle a few drops of water when it boils to the top of the pan. Immediately the milk starts sinking back into the pan.

Here’s a tip for you- to keep coriander leaves or any other leaves fresh in the fridge keep it inside a half cut plastic bottle roots soaked in water it will be fresh for days

I really liked all the tips. Very useful 👍 One more you can add to the list is to mix 3 tbsps of flour with a little water and make a thick paste. Heat the oil previously used to fry pakoras or puris, pour the flour mixture into the oil and it will attract all the residue in the oil and form a big lump which will clean your oil and you can throw out the lump and reuse the clean oil.
