I love your videos and have been learning so much ! Thank you. We are visiting in late may and will spend a few days in Oia ( on points ) then move hotels for a few more days. I was thinking imerovegli would be a nice choice. But I also like the look of tsitauras collection hotel in firostephani. We want a beautiful pool area that is not too crowded. What would you choose between tsitauras collection, honeymoon Petra and kapari nautural? Thanks in advance for your thoughts. :)

I love the idea of going to a hotel with a caldera view, but most of them seem to have a hundred steps or more to negotiate either going to your room or the pool. Are there any you'd recommend with less steps. Another thing would be a swimming pool that was not too cold - but that may not be possible. We're thinking of going in October. Thanks in advance.

Cosmopolitan in Fira has very few steps and a beautiful infinity pool (but like most Santorini pools, it's not heated).

My wife and I are visiting Santorini for the first time in June. Since I found your channel I’ve been binge watching! Do you have any thoughts on the Ambassador Aegean in Akrotiri? We booked that hotel in a package, and it looks awesome, but I’m curious your opinion (if you have one). Thanks!

I have not visited but it certainly has great caldera views. The bus stop (to Fira in one direction, and the Akrotiri ruins and Red Beach in the other) is nearby. Bus schedules are inconsistent so do expect to wait for a bus at least some of the time. To get to Oia you would need to change buses in Fira. Taxis can be hard to summon and cost about 20/25€ to Fira and more to Oia. A rental car is probably best if you want to explore the island. If you're wanting to walk out your door and enjoy food, shopping, nightlife, then this is not the place to stay. But if you're happy sitting by the hotel pool, enjoying the view, and driving to most sites and attractions, then it's a great choice.
