But Sometimes im getting lost in between the inactive expired plugins that once ive dowloaded because it was free. İts time consuming thing to organise them. Reactivate them or just delete them from my list its a complete time consumer those things. İ feel less is more when it comes to plugins

Sonnox Inflator is not a mystery and has been well understood for years now. Even the original creator has spoken about it. It's a relatively basic sine wave waveshaper, and there's not even any "special sauce" voodoo to it. You can emulate it pretty easily with numerous other plugins. Even the stock Saturator plugin Ableton Live can do it in Soft Sine mode and the results will null. You can do it with the freeware Melda Waveshaper too.

Spark is an awesome subscription. And they keep adding plugins - and most UAD plugins are amazing. If you’re like me and you like owning the licenses then this is a great deal as they usually go for £600+

Random side question - I’m on a Mac mini m1 and upgraded to cubase 13 - now it won’t find 80% of my external plugins.. any suggestions why that is? The transition from 11 to 12 was so smooth but this is annoying now

Did you upgrade your computer or Cubase? Cubase 13 should find exactly the same plugins like 12 on the same system. Unless you went from an Intel Mac to Apple Silicon- in this case you should have plugins that support VST3 (which I've been doing for over 7years now personally- I refuse to install anything that's still VST2).

So I need to re install all plugins only in vst3?

@ if you haven’t installed VST3 versions then yes. If you have already done it it’s not necessary. But Cubase 12 should be the same so I am not sure that this is your issue quite frankly.

Do you have any info supporting this? I am honesly interested. Because it's definitely doing more than just waveshaping. Yet no other plugin can do what it does :) I have analyzed the plugin in PD- like other old classics (RBass), they ar STILL super relevant and professional studios still use them :)

I have to be honest. Not impressed with Herz drums sound in any demo i have heard. Maybe ok for the price but to my ear, GGD, mixwave, RS drums, superior drummer, they pretty much all sound more realistic

It's a matter of taste. I have never been in a room with producers where everyone likes "exactly" the same drums ;)
