As per my understanding it will take 5 to 7 percent cost on land value for conversion. I dont think double the price of land value. if some one constructs without conversion then 50 percent of land value. can please confirm the where it is given to pay double price

@@samudralasharing5471 land conversion price is 11 percent, if all the concerns of the CRDA norms can follow then they'll allow us. Like 40 ft roads with proper drainage connectivity plan etc I'd the most important one they'll look into these norms. If we disobey any of these then we have pay more or will stuck for the future construction plans of the building's.
