1:08 I like this Apple collecting technique. Alternatively, you can also poke the tree with certain weapons instead of cut it down, which will also make all the apples come down and doesn’t seem to hurt the durability.

Tip for the shambling zombie skeleton enemies covered in gloom: a dazzlefruit explosion temporarily removes the gloom from their bodies, making them take tons more damage when you attack. This works for some of the other enemies covered in gloom too!

I think sapphires help with the heat somewhat too. They freeze enemies if you Fuze them onto stuff and will shoot ice balls. Topaz sends out electricity balls

I just use Ultrahand to knock the apples off the trees with a log lol Also, not just Shrines and Lightroots mirror each other, almost everything about the terrain on the surface informs the depths. Any hills on the surface, for example, will instead be concave in the depths, and any canyons on the surface will be mountains in the depths. Also, almost all water sources on the surface are walls in the depths. I often will switch my minimap to view the surface while traversing uncharted depths because I'll know where hills and holes are

@@kingslushie1018 no problem! My FAVORITE meal is 3 fleet lotus seeds and a rushroom + dragon horn. 30 minutes of triple speed up. You can also swap swift carrots for the rushroom or swift violet for the seeds

@@penginny73 Not really, you have to knock off the heads first, then hit again. If you throw a dazzlefruit, it will just kill the whole group instantly.

I didnt know about the shrines lining up with the lights in the depths. I become obsessed with the depths and ploted out most of it. Now i can go back over the surface and get those shrines. You gave me what imma do for the few days lol

Also the rivers match up with walls in the depths, so that way you know where to go to reach a certain point in the depths. And If you change the map in the select screen you can view the overworld map while youre in the depths, seeing where the water/walls are without always having to Go in the select menu. Makes exploring the depths way less frustrating

With the wing trick, you can use the normal quick menu you just need to not input a direction before you drop it, then once you do glide forward then drop onto it 1:53

You can shield grind rails normally, no mine cart fuse required

Fusing an item increases durability, and in some cases prevents rail grinding. Minecarts do both.

For the "apple picker", I made mine with 1x courser bee honey, 2x acorn, and 2x pinecone, and it's served me well. You won't hit everything at every grove/forest, but it's enough to be worth it IMO.

The way to get the glider from the up arrow is to hang still. Up arrow drop glider. Keep gliding forward for 1 second. Release. After 2 or 3 times youll get it and itll be super easy

When exploring the sky at night, look out for star fragments, they might fall next to you, so you can catch them midair. Look item descriptions, they gives hints of their effect when fused. Look also for weapon description to know how to use them to their max potential, they have one extra effect compared to botw. You have sharp and blunt weapons head. Use blunt to destroy amor and ores. Use sharp one to cut trees, grass, ropes... Always have one of each at least in your inventory. You can use ascend on stine taluses, yep. Get mighty bananas later in the game when you have access to farod region. You find them same spot than BOTW. Try not to search for durians tho... They're gone rip. Use ultrahand to scan for materials, plants, shrooms...

Yes, you can. Even if the some of the parts are not Zonai made, as long as you made it you can use the Autobuild to make it. It just cost Zonaite to build.

@@samuelbrown434 Have you heard of the item duplication glitch? Find a high enough spot and begin paragliding. Then open up the menu and begin holding the item you want to duplicate. Once Link holds them in the menu (not on the world map) press both Y and B at the same time. If done right, Link will drop them on the world map as he is gliding but he will still have the amount he held on the menu.

You can also fuse a single item (apple or something more durable) to non-zonite parts (like cages, boulders, explosive barrels, etc) and be able to save them using autobuild, meaning if you can attach something to it you can have it available 24/7. This game is a gem

Picking apples is not hard, get a pitchfork or other such weapon and just wrack the tree, or use ultra hand, or cut the tree down....... and the area with the shrine and all the apple tress have a pitchfork and farmers tool.

Rain puts out fires an makes burning bramble hard but if you have a flame emitter it will burn anything in the rain. Fuse a canon to a sword for a portable spirit bomb. Fuse a explosive barrel to a spear to for additional chaos

You can shield surf on rails with quite a few different things attached to your shield, or even with just a bare shield. Don't know why so many tips videos all make it sound like it is an interaction specific to a minecart fusion.

It shouldn't be due to your shield. I've only be able to get it to work from dropping from my inventory. Try just hovering (not moving forward) before you drop it, and then as soon as you close the menu immediately go foward.

Put your ruby/sapphire on a WEAPON. Then you can have it on your back and get the effect still. The shield only heats/cools you when on your arm.

Critical tip --- dont waste time figuring the puzzles in some shrines are they are just....broken. There are some other ways to do them and i suggest you check for some video how to do it and its realy not worth wasting your 1 hour of your life for a badly designed puzzle. Only do this if you cant figure it in 5 min :D
