You have a way of taking all of our excuses away when it comes to cold weather. I have to admit that e-bike looks fun to ride. Thanks again for another inspiring video

Hi Jay, I hope all is well with you! For an e-bike, this is a pretty good ride. I also produced my first "short" of this Hovsco E-Bike. Looking forward to getting back out touring on my gravel bike when the weather improves. Take care, Steve

Wish mine had 20" wheels but been using my manual bike more these days

Hi Beck, the 20" wheels on an E-bike make for a very smooth ride.

I don.t see a mirror on the left handgrip which I consider absolutely essential. Being the handlebar is relatively narrow, is the room for a mirror where the view won't blocked by the rider? Also, is there a supplied bell or room for a bell? Thank you!

Hi Jeffery and thanks for your comment! I don't use a handlebar mirror. Mine is mounted on my glasses. There is room for a bell on the handlebars. Take care, Steve

Great review Steve, you inspire me to get out and ride!! I have been on my trainer all winter and itching for some long outdoor rides. Have you bought Jan an e-bike yet? One thing you may want to consider is the geometry of the e-bike. For instance, my e-bike is a Trek FX2+ and has a traditional geometry for a “fit bike” category. However, the Electra Vale has peddles that are about 6” forward for a “recumbent” type ride. This works well for people that have knee issues, but really its just a different geometry that others may like. I personally don’t like that geometry and why I bought the FX2+. But when riding alone, I generally pull my Trek Domane out of my “bike stable” 😊😊😊😊

Hi again and thanks for your comment! You and me both wish winter would go away. Can't wait to get back on my gravel bike and go for some very long rides. Haven't bought Jan an E-bike yet. Says shes not ready for one yet. I think she will change her mind after she gets a taste of the ease of an E-bike after taking this Hovsco for a spin in the warmer weather. Your FX2+ sounds like a great bike. Thanks again and take care, Steve
