In today's video I'm showing you guys how I used castor oil for 30 days for hair growth. My hair is in that awkward stage where it's not super long but it's not super short (I'm currently trying to grow out my hair). I know I need a trim because my split ends are pretty bad, but I wanted to try growing it out a bit more before I trimmed it. To help my hair grow fast, I decided to try castor oil. Castor oil is supposed to be amazing for hair growth. After 30 days, I can agree that it has definitely helped my hair grow! Cindy Snow Eat a lot of tofu, ur hair will get so strong and strands thick! I used to work for a big hair company and tofu strengthens hair, fills it with protein which ur hair needs. It what u put inside your body more than on outside. Castor oil may help eyelashes I’ve heard, but a vegan raw diet is super healthy for hair growth!

Castor oil is a staple in my hair care routine! It works for brows and lashes as well! I also 100% recommend using neocell brand collagen plus vitamin c supplements! They changed my life! In October I noticed how much hair I lost after stopping hair growth injections. I stopped in July. By October, my top was about bald. Lost all my long hair!! Picked up Aragon oil and castor oil. You can grow bangs with castor oil, it's the best for receding hairline and alopecia. As soon as I stop taking collagen and using castor oil, my hair quality suffers even though I don't colour or use heat. For those of you who don't have 12-24 hours worth of patience, try the 8 hour cap + hat or turban method. Applied heat makes the world of difference. If you wash your hair frequently, castor oil pre-shampoo is a must. To speed up hair growth, cut castor oil in half with nigella sativa oil. Definitely say YES to this challenge, you'll see what your hair, brows and lashes were really meant to be!

@@xxxshivanixxx depending on the length of your torso, mid back to hips may take roughly a year or less. Eat more methi, okra, arugula, cucumbers, melons, bitter melon is especially great. Bitter melon can be used to make hair oils. My favourite Indian hair routine is to exfoliate with Amla powder once a week and use either coconut oil with fenugreek seeds and kalonji in it or use kalonji alone in castor oil. It will be long before you know it ❤️

Coconut oil didn’t helped me, whatsoever, it made my hair more dull and dry. And I bought Castor oil since it was in serum section at drugstore. I have been colouring my hair for 8 years, it’s super destroyed, I invested in expensive hair care (Kerastase nutrition line), but it didn’t helped, my hair would be super dry and kept ripping apart. My own hair growth success story i followed below, as i think just oiling is not enough if you want deeper change and results: 1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind. 2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth. 3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough. 4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore. 5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough. 6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders. Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too. Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.

if you want your hair to grow go for a more natural shampoo than garnier which is full of sulfates and parabens which literally strips your hair from all its natural oils!

1. Either!! 2. I would probably say once a week? You’re not suppose to wash your hair everyday it’s bad for it ahah 3. It depends on your hair type but I’d say castor oil works for everyone 4. She said 12-24 hours but as long as you can is good :)! 5. Any other oil would be fine! Olive oil and almond oil would be good substitutes. If coconut oil makes your hair fallout I’d assume you have thin hair, in which coconut oil cannot penetrate properly. Try olive oil instead!!

Use a hair dye applicator bottle.. it will get it right at the root no problem or mess. . Then just massage it in and leave it. Also you are supposed to mix in a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil! It will kinda thin out the castor oil a little but sonits not so thick!

Try olive oil. I personally split my hair in two and then I start applying it from the ends to the roots and I massage it into my roots then I put it in a bun and I sleep with it overnight and wash it out the next morning (sleep with a towel over your pillow) and whenever I do it my hair grows an inch overnight (and no, I'm not lying) (you're welcome)

Mites thrive on dirty scalp cause shampoos keep the numbers down, but Head and Shoulders targets mites. The company can’t sell it as that, but some dandruff shampoos mention it kills mites too. I have naturally thick hair on my scalp but I did use jamaican black castor oil on my lashes and made such a huge difference its amazing,my lashes were way more thicker and longer within a couple of weeks and I'm pretty sure it would work the same for the hair on your head too. I also feel like using jamaican black castor oil specifically makes a difference too x.
