Wouldn’t even bother attempting air dribbling until ur at least diamond. Just do basic aerial stuff and work on car control

Im about 40mmr out of C3 and I cant air dribble... as luke hase said many times, focus of fast aerials, bounce dribbles and rotations... once you know when to go back to your net or keep challenging, the game becomes 10x easier in the low ranks even up to champ... just get consistent on the things above and youll rank up.
