Hey Nikki, well I can tell you that when I was a young teen I was introduced to the mane n tale conditioner. I used it all of the time and I also used hair grease. Overtime, my hair had thickened drastically. Some use it just like some don't for different reasons. You can also try the doogro leave in growth conditioner.
