The security guard saw an elderly woman come into the building. She said she wanted to go upstairs to get something she had left. He was offering her the wheelchair but she didn’t want it. His co-worker asked him who was he talking to and he said her name. His co-worker told him she had passed away a few days ago.

If I'm not mistaken, I've seen the video of that guard with a wheelchair. From what I remember, he (says he) saw an old person come in, opened the rope while talking to them and helping them to the wheelchair. The main security office called him right after to ask what was going on and when he told them, they let him know that he was talkiing to no one at all.

The remark at least she was wearing underwear. Reminded me of when I worked for the telco in a major city. We would work in manholes in the crosswalks. Women would stop all the time in skirts and dresses look down and ask us what we were doing. You never knew what you were going to see when you looked up.

They didn't show the whole Brazilian clip. This lady tried to do a Weekend at Bernie's and had her recently deceased uncle put in a wheelchair where she tried to have him "sign" a loan over to her. Needless to say her plan didn't work and she was aressted for attempted fraud.
