This is what happens when a game that only cares about profits blows up. There's zero identity, and they continue to fork out vanilla minimalistic screwed up "content" that just keeps raking in money for them. Less effort, more money. Ramirez' face being underneath the teddy bear mask doesn't surprise me all that much considering: a) they probably hadn't settled on a face underneath the mask at first and b) Ramirez seems to be the default model going into any map (at least from what I've experienced) which would explain her being the model. So it's really only a mistake if it was still Ramirez underneath the mask AFTER they settled on a face.
