The main problem with “meetings “ is skeptical resources do not come prepared to bring answers to the Proposed topics on the Agenda. Is like having a group of adolescents in high school, people can’t properly engage cause They don’t care; on the other hand they believe attending meetings all day is performing their work 🤦‍♀️(voya culture)
