Hi! Your workouts are great and this is another great one. I’m 54 years old and I love the pace of these workouts. It is very doable and I love the modifications just in case I need it. Which sometimes for a certain move I do. I have tried all different kinds of your workouts and I love them. Between your workouts and my spin bike I’m hoping to keep it strong during menopause. ❤

I can't begin to explain the impact you had on me! All my life I thought I was not bulit for a workout burning myself out with hit cardios and pilates videos that I wished to be over after 10 minutes! This is so awesome! So effective and I am so thankful you also have modifications for some of the moves. The taps I could not do except modification and I have worked out for a while. I love that you give advice calm and so helpful reminders of whether we should have flat back or arched or bent legs etc... That is very helpful! Keep these going.

returning to workouts after 1.5 week break due to a knee injury. I was very nervous but was prepared to bail if needed. I am happy to report that I experienced no pain, took it slowly and used modified moves when needed. Thank you I was worried I would be out for weeks but thanks to your guidance I can proceed with caution. Better than physio!

You asked at the end of the video about dumbbells, in my case I have 2 sets and actually use one lighter than the depending on the move. Some can get really challenging if you have a lot of weight. Thanks for your videos, I really love your work.

Hi Mikala! I love your videos. I work out to your videos about 2-3 times a week. I’m a 31 years old female . I do travel a lot for work. Most of the hotels’ fitness centers don’t have mats for exercises on the floor. I would really love it if you can make more videos of 30 mins standing full body dumbbell workout. Thank you!
