Powerful 30 minutes glutes & thighs workout. All exercises are going to focus on growing the Glutes & Quads & Hamstrings, entire lower body. We have heavy weight, body weight, pulses, hold, plyometrics pretty much every form of exercise I'd like to incorporate for lower body day. Your glutes, lower body are going to work hard in this workout. We're going to go for the burn and failure. Not only we'll get stronger but also stimulate muscle growth. Perform each movement with control and focus on having your mind inside your muscles.
Have fun lifting and getting strong in the process.
The equipments I am using for your reference are 2 x 35lbs Dumbbell , J Flex Hyperell & Heavy Glute Band!
