Thank you for this awesome video. It includes all my physio exercises and I’ve been doing this religiously for a while and it’s helped me get back to jogging without pain! I’d love another video like this one!

Before 3 months, I could never complete one of your workout videos and I'll always give up in the middle due to exhaustion but here I am now finishing your workout video and still have energy left. It feels good exercising nowadays ❤

An enjoyable and fulfilling workout. I needed more options for lower body exercises that aren’t squats and lunges so I thank you. I like the format of your workouts. The visual countdowns with audio, your calm voice slowly describing the exercise in the rest period. It’s all great!! Thank you.

I love the low impact ones! I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that prohibits me from doing running and jumping movements, so thank you for these so much 🙏🏼

I just LOVE your workouts! Maddie you are such an inspiration, and helped me so much. Three years ago (when I was 12) I had an accident in which I injured my head. After the accident I couldn’t walk anymore. I had to go to a clinic to relearn everything. Now I’m able to almost live a “normal” life again, and work out. So long story short, the reason to why I commented my story again is to let everyone know that they can achieve their goals. It may be hard, and you will have set backs but you can do this! ♥️

@@MadFit PLEASE look into the carnivore diet. Before ALL your beauty and vitality are gone... Vegetables/sugar are bad for humans. In ANY amount. The sooner you figure this out the less regret you'll have. Extended sessions of cardiovascular strain are also TERRIBLE for your health/appearance.

@@marcscott6142sugar aka glucose is literally a driving force of life, we are OMNIVORES. If we were meant to be carnivores we would have the teeth of carnivores but we don’t, we have teeth both for tearing meat and grinding fruit and vegetables. Your misinformation is harmful, can it.

AMAZING HOLY MOLY THO!!! My glutes and hammys were on fire! Ty for the knee friendly sometimes I do alternative exercises on some videos where they are super squat/lunge heavy. Awesome workout! Thanks maddie!

I tried this workout with ankle weights - killer!! I like the matt pilates style of this class.

Can you create an ab workout that is neck and tailbone friendly? I can't do scrunches or sit-up type movements because I have issues in those areas. I am over 50, and I know you're a lot younger and so I do your workouts but modify them to what I can handle but for abs I am lost as how to modify it so I don't hurt or injure myself. Thank you!!

You know wats the best thing about u .. u r actual in reality..I have seen many others workout body they are for fittest soul .I mean who are already fit..and u r in actual whose exercises we trying to be fit can do .. so madfit is for all of us in actual

I only used 10-pound dumbbells for this workout but other than that, I enjoyed all the exercises in this workout.

I liked this workout but I have never found glute bridges to be knee-friendly. I cannot even do 1-legged glute bridges; they hurt too much :(

Yes for those of us with knee and back problem, I would like to see more of these types of lower body workout. Squats and lunges can be painful

Try reverse lunges instead of forward lunges,Squats with weights or bands instead of high impact squats.just eliminate anything that includes jumping ,you will be fine.Take more rest days. Talking from experience,I have had both back and knee pain .and those helped alot

This type of workout is so much fun! Although squats are beneficial, they are a part of every lower-body workout, thus I greatly appreciate this. My but was on fire when I added a booty band. :D Thank you Maddie
