These series are so good to do before working. Lots of lifting at work and those warm up and stretch my muscles so nicely

I try not to give any injury related advice in comments section as tricky without seeing someone in person. Also a bit of a liability nightmare online. Hope it clears up for you.

Day 10 done. Question: in the first half, i was feeling strain in the middle back. Should i feel it there or the upper back? (And the superman one feels like crushing my balls😅, should i lift my legs more?)

Mid back (lower traps) are working hard, especially during Y-Raises so that is normal. Obviously not if feels injured. Haha yes try being more on your abs for superman’s lifting let’s a bit more or just do them alternate limbs
