I watched the video. It looks great but I didn't do the workout because I have no resistance bands yet. What should I buy? What length must they have? What resistance? Thanks in advance for your reply

They are all the same length but come in light, medium and heavy resistance. I have all 3 and started with the light resistence.

In this video, my mom and I use tube-style bands with handles (amzn.to/2QwYOZt) - they're easy to hold and provide many different ways to use them. But the strappy-style bands with no handles can also be used (amzn.to/3vrUCsv). The package of tube-style bands provides varying resistance equivalent to different weights (10 lbs, 15lbs, etc.). The strappy bands have light, medium, and heavy resistance. The great thing about bands is that you can vary the resistance by making them shorter or longer.

Exactly what I have been searching for with my limited mobility. It is easy to create upper body workouts with resistance bands, but I didn’t know what to do about lower body workout.

I'm so glad I found your video. I am dealing with health issues that have caused me to lose weight, drastically. This includes all of my muscle tone! Our son bought us resistant bands for Christmas and I was reluctant to try even though he came over and showed me some moves. This video was exactly what I needed. I found some resistance bands that my husband ordered and never used! I love this workout with them. I have been doing it for 3 times a week for about a month. I have so much more flexibility in my arms now. I can stretch and reach that top cupboard shelf again. Just starting my fitness journey but I look forward to branching out to your other videos. It's so hard to find seated resistance band workouts and I'm glad I found this video! I recently had left ACL reconstructive / meniscus corrective surgery. I can't put much weight on my left leg at the moment and I'm currently doing physiotherapy and rehab. I found almost nothing that suits my needs when it comes to exercises, it's very limited in choices when it comes to trying to find things that I can do. But seeing your mom do the modifications, applying them to myself and making them challenging. This is a game changer for me. Thank you and keep up the great work with the content. I'll be adding this to my arsenal of workouts I can do and even post recovery I'll do it standing.

This is great. Seen some resistance bands at store. Got them but wasn’t sure what to do. Plus I have a disability with my back & leg. This is perfect and it’s doesn’t over do me. And I can sit on my bad days and still get a work out. FYI your moms too cute love it

It feLt good today to excerise and not doing a walking video. After doing the American Heart Association walk 50 miles for the month of May. Thank you for all the walking videos to help me motivate myself in doing it. Total was 71.34 miles!

April and Aiko, this seems to be a different take on exercising. I was going to do this 30-minute exercise...however, my Lomi fitness medium and heavy bands both broke. I have learned with bands that they only last so long and I guess mine had just aged like me. I plan on ordering some from Amazon and hopefully I will be able to do this routine soon.

Well, I'm only 70, I guess, and not in shape, but I feel like these exercises -- which I cannot do due to balance issues on one leg -- seated are for someone over 90 years old. Sorry. My balance is terrible, I think partly because I have very, very flat and flexible feet which wibble wobble all over the place whenever I try to stand on one leg. (When I was a teenager, I could do the ballet adagio thing on the floor on one leg, but that was a very long time ago.) So, I need something much more challenging seated, or on two legs. I can do things on two legs, please. I did some very challenging strength exercises on two legs and just got tired, but they were no problem.
