Très bons exercices mais si vous choisissez un rythme de musique, le but est de suivre le tempo n'est-ce pas ? J'ai eu du mal à vous suivre car vos pas n'allaient pas avec le rythme et c'est plutôt mêlant

I love your workouts but confess not this one 😔 I did 2 of the 3 sections and had to stop. I struggle when the music timing doesn’t fit the movements and to be fair if people like this type of music they will be great but I just don’t but it’s a good job we are all different. Won’t stop me doing your workouts however 😊
