9 months ago I was in bed in a hospital due Diabetes and Covid.Long Covid was horrible. In September I start to follow you and I am so proud of me everytime I finish a Workout. Gratitude for your channel. Regards from Brazil

Kaleigh!!!! Holy smolly guacamole! 🥑By the end of this I had a humorous amount of weights around me. I was starting to channel Team Stella in my head by the end but we got 'er done! Did anyone else think "Snow angels...that sounds so nice" and then IMMEDIATELY understand their mistake? LOL When I went back upstairs to tick the day off on my printable calendar, my hand was shaking so bad the checkmark went wonky. Way to smash through that wall Buttkickers!

Week 2 - REFINE - Day 9 - Done. So excited for this workout session! Elevated the dumbbell weights and focused on regaining definition in the arms! Starting a new workout cycle rhythm. Working out in the later evening time. Want to see how my body reacts to the times (building/recovery). Think circadian rhythms. I’m excited! Thank you Kaleigh for a powerful workout! Week 2 - REFINE - Day 10 - Done. Note to self: I did this workout again today as a part of the “Triple Threat” workout. Combined with dips, lateral raises and pull up variations. Next is a John 3:16 run. Will finish with the Glute Builder. 🏁WINNING🏁 ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

This was so so good! I started at 8 lbs today and I’m hoping to go up in weight as I progress cause I am SO COMING BACK TO THIS ONE EACH WEEK! My goal in a month is 10/15 lbs if I can! Thanks so much for the workout and can’t wait to progress in this one ❤

New subscriber! Loved the video, loved your energy as well. I think the exercises and the workout format was both challenging and easy to follow, basic exercises to do and 3 sets of 35 secs of work was a really good format for beginners. I have been working for like 6 years now but recently I had a car accident and I was injured so I had to take 2 months to rest to fully recover. Man, do I have a comment to leave! Firstly, I’d like to put out there that I find your tips super helpful, and some felt as if you were reading my mind throughout the workout, LOL. You’re incredibly considerate, and this video is just unfortunately so underrated.
