Ok. I'm fit and I'm used to donig hiit. This might be the hardest hiit I have ever done. I do think it's better to have 10 second breaks inbetween sets to recover. There were barely any breaks at all. It's hard to go through 30 minute hiit with no breaks in between intervals.

I loved her warm-up and cool-down. Helpful and not boring! It was fast, but I just skipped back in 5-second increments and watched it again before trying it out. Sweating buckets and worked the whole body!

I consider myself a very fit person = doing HIIT training 5-6 times a week (with and without weights) but this workout kicked my ass!!! I had to hit pause several times. The cardio was amazing and the weights were fantastic! I will definitely be trying this one again - seeing if I can get through it without hitting pause so many times. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This is one I keep coming back once in a while to challenge myself and see how much I have built up stamina. It is the HARDEST hiit workout I have ever done/found and I have been doing hiit regularly for years.

Now this is a workout! Thank you for the advanced level of training. Awesome speed, great safety cueing, loved the short breaks because I like to go, go, go. I like how you explained the next move while we were recovering on our quick breaks. Was super fun to get my sweat on with you guys!

This workout is intense and very fast pace... but I can actually see results after doing this right away! It’s killer but it works. Definitely gets you out of your comfort zone!!

Normally peak at the workout to see if it will be challenging and interesting enough. As soon as I saw Anja I KNEW it would kick my can! And I loved (hated) every minute of it! BRING HER BACK AGAIN SOON PLEEEEEASE!!! :)

For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you are pregnant, be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

Don't be scared off by this one! It seems complicated the first 1 or 2 times but it's fun to come back to and see how much you progress. It's one of my favourites I try to incorporate it once a week when I really want to feel the burn! (love this woman, I think every time I do this workout there is a point where I lovingly give her the middle finger because she's kicking my ass)

EXCELLENT!!!!!!! eNJOYED IT SOOOO MUCH. i have worked out with popsug for a looooongg time. I really needed it tonight. My mom is on hospice. She has less than a week expected. I appreciate this, girls. I feel so much better. Being a long-time "gym goer", I have found this w/my mom I have had the most DIFFicult time actually working out instead of tying myself into a fetal position and weeping. But I made the right decision tonight. You have NO idea who I am and may never read this, yet I hope you know you have helped someone (a total stranger to you) find strength in actually watching a mother/my mom/my everything pass into the next world. Every single time I’m in the middle of this workout I’m like “WHY did I do this to myself?!?” And then I finish having burned 400 calories and feel INCREDIBLE and remember why. 😁😁😁

This was by far the toughest Popsugar video I have done! WOW! The roll back, jump, superman, jump....That combo was INTENSE...Although this one was difficult (will get easier in time) I followed some of annas modified moves and when I felt good I followed the instructor. Thanks popsugar for giving us something different...Love it!

This workout is definitely an advanced HIIT. I train almost every day and even I had a hard time keeping up and had to pause a few times to catch my breath. There was a lot of jumping, so those of you’s with bad knees or hips be aware.

This took me about 3 times to get into the Rhythm of the workout, but it was soooo worth it. I am fully drenched in sweat. I have done Jenkins, Paul r and others. I was ready to raise the intensity and this is it.

Anja is the best trainer the internet has to offer if you are serious about losing weight. There is no need to follow anyone else. You can follow her workouts on youtube, facebook, dailyburn. She will make you the strongest and most fit you have ever been. I know this because she did it for me and I love her like the best friend I have ever loved so much I hated.

Christine Tarkowski tbh anyone could build a great physique with just basic nutritional knowledge, you could just move and you will still burn more calories, she's just thinking about how many muscles are working, and this is basic biology. My point is anyone could do it by him self, not hating.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought this went way too fast with little explanation on moves. I do feel it was a great workout, I was actually unable to finish it, it was just too fast for such complex moves. But I do plan on coming back to it and maybe watching the moves through a couple times before I do the workout to get a better idea of the moves.

WOW. This is the hardest Popsugar workout I have ever done... And I do them a lot. I would have liked an extra 5 seconds though to know which exercise was coming next. Besides that, AMAZING and also an advanced workout for sure.

Highly recommended HIIT workout. I've been eating more than what I usually eat before but I'm able to keep my weight by doing this 2-3 times a week. However, this is intermediate to advance level. Let's keep our good health and fitness this 2019 and forward.

I have been working out regularly for years and can honestly say, this was INTENSE. Did not expect it.. would not recommend to beginners but for anyone looking to challenge themselves and feel awesome afterwords definitely a must do! Thank you

I LOVE this workout, i've done it a few times a month over the years. It's never "easy." My heart still pounds and I'm still breathing hard at the end. However, I have been able to increase the amount of weight I use. The only thing I have trouble with is feeling lied to. We're told that there are "three circuits" at the beginning. But there's nothing about 90 second finishers and the tabata at the end.

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT it truly challenges me every time whether I split the video in half or not. I am very upset about the commercials in the middle of big cardio sets though that will make anyone mad!

I exercise regularly and I am a runner. But this is a tough HIIT workout! Good tough 😀I had to come back to it because the first time I tried it, I couldn’t make it to the end. I’ll come back to it to do it with no modifications 😉

for those who are familiar with popsugar workouts, especially intermediate hiit workouts like kickboxing and tabata: don't skip this one, it's insane! this is coming from someone who works out 4 times a week doing hiit and heavy weight.

Omg this one is a burner! I couldn’t finish the whole workout especially the last circuit,that is just way too much for me so I can only follow Anna with the modification,and I have to pause from time to time to towel off my face cuz the sweat is getting into my eyes!

I liked Anya 2 minutes into the workout! I'd only ask that she demonstrate the modified version as well so we modifiers can jump right in! This was a challenge, coordination-wise, but something to strive toward.

It would be a big range as that is way too individual and would depend on SO many factors to give an accurate calorie count. Wear a fitbit or something that will record accurate info based on your individual needs.

I am 5'10" and 160lbs, I had my fit bit on while doing this workout and it said that I burned 376 cals. Pretty awesome!!

It really is an individualized thing. Even when workouts list the approx burn I'm usually 100 calories below it. I'm 43, 5'2", 135lbs and in very good shape and burned 244 calories in this workout.

Wow - I consider myself to be pretty fit. I run 50km per week. This however was difficult!! I'm not particularly coordinated so I didn't get the form of several moves. A great workout though!

I noticed the same thing! Thats how you know its a kick-butt workout when the "advanced" example has to modify! lol It was a great workout, but really challenging.
