i REALLY liked that there was no music in this workout, it allowed me to put my own music on in the background and i felt so motivated and KILLED it. thank you so much Sydney!!!!!

My goals for the next coming weeks and moving forward is to be more intentional with eating well and consistently working out. I want to get to the point where I still keep my momentum even when my workout environment shifts i.e. vacation, travel, etc.

I actually loved the absence of music in this one! So many KZbin Trainers use the exact same royalty-free music and it gets really grinding after a while, but I like to have the sound on so I can hear the instructions. And I can always turn on my music of preference. Thanks for this one Sydney! I really enjoyed it!

I wasn't sure how spicy the workout would get, but I quickly figured it out. I was all in, breathing and sweating a lot. I crushed it! Thank you so much!!

Wind chill was negative 30 this morning and my basement gym was a little chilly… Took until the very last minute but those burpees finally warmed me up! Happy weekend everyone!

I kept hearing a baby and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I was in my zone and didn't even realize there was no music and it was Ari I was hearing. Made me smile 😊

I am 63 years old and have been fairly active most of my life but have been working out steadily six days a week for over two years now to different videos on KZbin. The ones I’ve been doing talk about the core but they never really seem to focus on it so I don’t really get much out of them. I just recently discovered your videos and enjoy doing the core work because I am happy to feel the burn in my lower abs, but the problem is I also feel a burn in my lower back, which is not good, so I just do reverse curls and planks. I also enjoy your motivation; it really helps.

I enjoy the 2 min work periods with no repeats. It was hard and I know that I can only grow and get stronger by doing hard things. Thank you for challenging me to step out of my zone of comfort

Cardio is one of my least favorite things to do during a workout! But I'm so glad I did this and didn't give up! I'm gonna feel this tomorrow's 🤣🤣🤣 cheers to a healthy disciplined weekend!!!

What a way to finish the work week 1 am trying to work on my eating and my sleep its not that I eat bad its just that I don't get enough sleep I'm going dedicate myself to cleaning up my eating the hardest part I got down is showing up to these workouts !Great job everyone!

I missed one day last week. So I finished first week of the work today and jumping in this week in week 2. It's getting cold outside with it 41 today when I worked out so it was hard to get motivated but I did it. Go me

WOW. There were times I wanted to quit but I saw Sydney still going and thought "so can I" and then I looked at the clock. Time FLEW by even though it was so tough! Definitely will be coming back to this one for a quick, and efficient, workout!

Thank you! Goal is 1 gallon of water a day and 10,000 steps. I've been hitting 7,000 sometimes so I'll add in jump rope at the end of the day.

I’d call this a core workout with cardio bursts…. That core portion at the end was tough, and I have a pretty strong core. It was funny hearing Ari in the background, make Sydney so real! Love that! One of these days he’s going to come running on stage with her and I can’t wait.

Ari is so gosh darn cute!!! ❤️ I may be in the minority opinion on this one, but as much as I usually like the music along with it, I actually found it so much more peaceful, and meditative, and I could focus on what you were saying so much better without the fun songs 😅 I guess it's to do with the fact that I'm super focused on your voice instead of half of my brain bobbing along with the beat and having a dance party workout going on in my head 💪😂💃🏻🎉 You have such a good teaching voice, Sydney! You really make me feel so glad to be here and to be a part of the Process! 😄 Thank you for all that you do!
