30 Minute Dumbbell Only Full Body Workout | Strength Cardio Endurance | Giant Sets | Low Impact

Grab some dumbbells for this full body, endurance focused, low impact, strength workout. If you have it available, grab a set of heavier/moderate dumbbells and a set of moderate/light dumbbells. For resistance reference I am using a pair of 25 and 15lbs, but you and I are different so I want you to find a weight selection that feels challenging to you while keeping really good form. Today's format is giant sets, so we have four exercises at a time. Each giant set will be performed twice. The first round will be only 30 seconds per exercise and the second round will be 60 seconds per exercise. For the 30 second round grab a heavier/moderate set of dumbbells (think 8-10ish rep max) and for the 60 second round drop the weight to something lighter (think 15-20ish rep max). Even though we drop the weight on round two, the exercise will remain challenging and fatiguing as the time and reps are increased. This one is challenging and demanding on the entire body. when I first tried this I was nervous...started with 8lbs & 10lbs...now I'm going to venture out 10 & 12!(I'm 72 yrs old been exercising since Jane Fonda days!!!) Found you Larie during Covid & you're my gal now!! you rock! please keep up the amazing work you do for all of us!!

Your workouts are my favorite. I haven't watched / used anyone else ever since I found you about 2 years ago. I used to go to the gym everyday and do pretty tough workouts. I'm on my second baby, 6 months pp, A stay at home mom, and I'm almost back at my "before" weight and look and feel pretty great. Thank you!

An intense but doable workout. I got very confused during the second and third sets however when you switched from a front view mirroring to a side view for the second exercise. I had to pause the video to make sure I was using the correct side.

That was amazing! Challenging yes indeed. Have you heard of the 75 strong Challenge? Well, I am not doing that. LOL! I am going to try the 75 Medium Challenge. You have to do 3 strength workouts per week. That is more doable with my schedule. Thanks!

Ooooeeeee!! GUUURL!! That was spicy!! 🌶️ 🔥 Wowzas! I matched you with weight except for the renegade rows I used 15s as it feels weird in my sternum 🤷🏻‍♀️ and then used 20 for the RDLS second round! Felt strong! 💪🏻 Felt powerful! 💥 Using the 25s for the shoulder work is not a common occurrence for me so it was a great challenge mentally and physically!! 🎉 Thank you Larie!! ❤ Definitely a sweaty session!! 😅

I usually like supersets, but I guess "giant" sets are not for me - I need at lease a few seconds to transition in between exercises to reset form and to change weights if needed. I do love that you do your videos in glasses (like me!), and I am curious about your shoes - what are they?
