Hey Lisa yes this one has 6 minutes straight of jumping. Remember to substitute with any jump rope exercise as you don't have to do exactly what I am doing. You are trying to build up endurance so any exercise is fine. Let me know how you go with this when you are done 👍

@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS Hi Winter this workout was brutal but got through each 6 min set (with the exception of missing a few skips here and there) without stopping 😁. I did however take a further 1 min break for each round so I had enough energy to do it again! I also used my 1/4 pound rope with the AMP handles so I can track my progress, and smashed my previous 30min record from 3079 to 3729 jumps. I think what helped was putting my own workout mix so I can skip to the rhythm of the beat with an avg. 138 BPM for each track.
