72 in September. I have been working out with you for a year now. I do a 30 minute video each morning. If for some reason I can’t I really miss it. THANKYOU for having a variety to choose from. I feel great and have lots of energy.

Hello from Florida in the United States. I'm 48 but I am disabled. I have complex regional pain syndrome ( CRPS) it effects my arms and hands. I also have full body fibromyalgia. I live in constant pain. I used to be a very fit and active person. I had a fall from horse back riding almost 7 years ago. All the meds make me just exhausted and I'm hot all the time. I recently found your channel and I absolutely love it!!!! I love your energy and the fact that I can do this from the comfort of my home. Moving my arms is an extreme workout for me, but I've been doing it. I feel strong and accomplished. I now do a new video every day and send the video to my older sister that lives in a different state. We have an agreement that we will each do a new video every day and hold each other accountable. She also loves you. Thank you so much. You have no idea what this means to me.

I'm doing this workout and others of yours thanks shellee for all these videos and all around helpful ways to dress and makeup tips. Seventy seven and spent two days in hosp icu w a fun. But that's even more incentive to watch your energizing workouts and I feel amazing!

Your style is so fresh, honest, fun and not intrusive (ie overtalking - Your comments are very encouraging and educational. I love everything about how you teach and exercise! It's also a comprehensive and either targeted session or a full body workout. I'm feeling "lighter in spirit" and HOPE to feel lighter in BODY!! I'm really grateful for YOU Shelly because you seem to be such a wonderful person who believes so much in what she does!! It's been great!! I have been trying to lose weight for a while. I never could get motivated. But I have been doing fabulous 50 since January 9 and I have lost 25 pounds. I am 52 years old and I have not felt this good in over 10 years. Every morning I wake up and can’t wait to get started. I love your positive energetic personality. I gave up soda bread and pasta. I didn’t think I could do it but I am so proud of myself.

Loving your videos after recently finding you. Im 56, have always done some form of exercise. After a hysterectomy a few years ago, ive struggled to get back to it. Your exercises are easier on my neck and stomach. Thank you.

I love your site. I so grateful to you for creating this program and making it free to people. I'm 5 weeks and 5 days into this program. I feel strong. My emotional score is 10! I've lost 12 lbs and 10 inches. That IS fabulous! I am thinking about a rebounder. If you have time and don't mind, would you point me to some specific routines that would work hard on my waist?

I love this! Doing this in the UK I haven't done this for over a year and gained a bit of weight but its time for me to get started again! I had COVID and then another virus two weeks later so here I am three weeks later doing this and at 64 it's made me feel so much better! On a scale of 1 to 10 after finishing this I feel a 9!!! WOW, cannot believe it was 1 year ago that i commented on this workout. I have been doing your workouts regulary for a while now and i love the way i feel so much more confident in myself now for doing them , i used the dumbell waits through the exsercise bits too now. Thank you so much, I used to exercise with you all the time and a year ago I fell and injured my back quite badly. I have been slowly slowly doing Pilates to get myself back. yesterday I turned 60, and I'm so happy to say that I have just done this entire exercise with light dumbbells , and not only when we're walking. I feel awesome and I'm so glad to be back with you on a daily basis training

I came home from work this evening in 32° heat thinking I might fail on my 30 day cardio challenge but having you in my living room makes that so much more feasible so I pushed myself into my gym gear and did it. Wow I'm 58 haven't done Amy work outs in decades got a bad back my left hip was dislocated in 1994 but I did pretty good keeping up it ya lol 10 feel good next time I will wear shoes . I was a gymnast from 5th grade into my 20s but let myself go for years. You are awesome girl I mean fabulous lol thank you for your videos and yes I'm sweating 😆

Since 5 weeks I picked up this fabulous fitness programme on a daily basis at the start of the day! 30 minutes and every day a different exercise! I lost almost a stone and what’s even better is that the pain in my knee (meniscus stage 4) has amazingly subsided! I still need a knee replacement but for the time being this is a hell off a lot better than painkillers! Thank you Schellea, you are the real deal!

Thank you for sharing your workouts and motivating 100s of people in getting fit and cleaner living,I have been doing other workouts but yours is better as you concentrate on all of the body and balance and not just cardio i like the 30 s intense and 30s walking jogging ,thank you so much I can see a difference in my body

Just finished this 30min. workout w/weights. Words to describe how I ‘m feeling: #10 on emotional scale, grateful, lucky, healthy and happy during and after your workout. I feel like I have my own personal trainer. I love my new sew sew sports bra and tops. I try to follow your exact steps so I get full benefits… thank you Fabulous, gorgeous and sweet lady.!

Gosh aren’t done much only swimming three days but did stretching just.done 10 minuite stretch 5 minuite war, up 30 minuite 10 minuite hit and post wrk out I started with pain osteoarthritis but slow but git there now feel engerise mood is now abt 8 yr amazing Shelly
