this 5 sec rest its so short - cant even change my dumbbells for heavier etc.... mayb 40 sec / 10 sec will be better time interval....

I did this this morning & I absolutely loved it. So good.... I love the idea of 25 sec,5 sec pause & then another 25. You guys are so creative & I've told u before,you make workouts super fun & exciting. By the way I'm 48 years old,mother of 2 teens. I'm fit,I'm strong & I crush everything u throw at me 🤗😊 Love u both❤

I really like the format of these classes -40 on 20 off, using the interval to demonstrate the next exercise-- and the music which is a good rhythmic accompaniment but not too obtrusive. Straightforward, effective . Great thx.

2023 Summer Ready Challenge Week 2 - Day 5 Finally done with week 2! I could definitely feel the difference of intensity between week 1 and week 2, but luckily I was able to keep up. Hope everyone is ready for week 3. 🔥

SRC 2023: Week 2 Day 5 catch up. Got a great sweat in and my heart rate was up, another fantastic workout Juice and Toya. Fell short this week of drinking my goal water weight, but I will continue to work on this goal the remaining weeks of the challenge and ongoing.

I LOVE this channel! I've been exercising for years (most of it spent in misery). These are the only routines that challenge me, give me results yet are enjoyable. I usually end a session saying, It's over all ready! I don't know how they do but I'm loving this!

Good morning guys, phew!! That was really tough for me but i managed to complete it. I think next time ill definitely start with the cardio element and then strength. Week 2, Day 5 [05/05/23]; Workout completed! Had a hard day, but I'm still here! We keep pushing and that's what matters. I might have the wrong technique in the single legs squats so I'll do better in the future :). Thank you Juice, thank you, Toya. You guys are lifesavers.

This is my first time doing one of your workouts! 🎉🎉 I’ve been following another channel’s workouts for the last 9 months, and today I decided to explore what other strength workouts were out there and ended up here! I’m happy to say that it was mostly doable-I had to take some breaks here and there, but I made it to the end! The conditioning was actually harder than the strength portion, and I am definitely sweaty 😅 I really enjoyed the 25, 5, 25 format of this video!

Just finished this work out after today’s scheduled EMOM workout. This one was a killer and I did it today because last week I had a Dr.’s appointment and a dentist appointment that lasted FIVE HOURS! I’m giving it all I got this week and am definitely focusing more on recovery by continuing to eat as healthy as I can, getting more rest, and focusing more on stretching pre workout. This one was the hardest by far for me. The cardio got me good 🥵

It seems like the intensity is increasing, at least for me. This was a great combination workout that introduced some new exercises. The variety in their workout scheme, along with the playlist, made this an enjoyable, challenging, and interesting session. This a great way to close out Week 2 Day 5 of the SRC 2023.
