I've been doing pilates online for two years and Chloe is by far the best with giving instructions for form. I learned a lot in just one session and she incorporates some good mobility moves too. Please give us more Chloe!

I'm new to pilates, but not new to working out. This video worked some muscles I've never targeted before. Really great! I also appreciate knowing that the instructor also feels that burn, and it's not just me! :D

Great Pilates workout. I do weight lifting and cardio Monday-Thursday. Then I like to do something different on Friday’s. Found this and it was great. Subscribed. Can’t wait till next Friday😋

Is the crest pad good for capsulitis / bursitis under the 2nd toe ? I have a terrible pain under my 2nd -3rd toe , diagnosed as above . I use already use personalised orthotics . Pls help , regards from Spain. TY !
