This is the very first video I try of yours. I've been struggling with ED and drug abuse for a while and have had 0 motivation to do anything for myself. Felt bad about my weight gain and bad eating habits but did nothing about it. I'm so glad I discovered your channel. Every word you spoke got to me. When you said the stuff about our bodies near the end of the video I nearly teared up because for the first time in a long time I feel like I can love my body and appreciate it, because no matter how badly I've treated it it's still here for me. It's time to start treating it right

I have struggled with an eating disorder since 4th grade. Finally as a 21 year old I decided it was time to recover and that it was time to learn to enjoy exercise without punishing my body. After during yoga for a couple of weeks, I watched this video today and decided to try it. I came to a realization that all I really want is to be strong and confident. Thank you for that.

Hey Sarah - Thank you for these videos. It's only been a week but I really feel connected to my body, my mind is more at peace. I have run marathons and later started doing strength training but now for a few months, I was not feeling motivated. My mother is doing yoga for 8-9 years now and it helped in controlling her diabetes. So, I thought of giving yoga a try, thankfully your channel came in my KZbin search. Hope I keep on going :)

I loved this amazing practice! It's challenging, but also so soothing and calm! Your explanations are as clear as they are simple to understand (as I non-native english speaker, sometimes I have trouble to follow up with some yoga practices when the explanations to each pose is too long and too detailed) and your words at the beginning and at the end made me smile both times! Since I've stopped doing group classes at the gym (COVID) I've struggled to find at home exercises that I enjoy. I don't like exercising, I need to kind of forget that I'm doing it--I view it as a necessary evil. But I had SO much fun doing this--it was the perfect blend of challenging without being demoralizing. I found myself looking forward to doing it again, even! Thank you so much!

My journey with you started 6mths ago post unexpected surgery, which undoubtedly had a number of accompanying symptoms. One of which.... anxiety. I stumbled upon your videos in an aim to become mentally and physically strong whilst recovering......and so I did. Living too far from nice ocean beaches I really enjoyed this practice. The mental image of the sea helped me to relax my body a little more even if some parts of the sequence were rather challenging for me but that is natural, of course, relaxation comes deeper after harder work. Thanks Sara Beth.

Sarah Beth is far and away my favorite yogi on YT, but this particular session was troubling. The sequences were flowing too fast - especially in the middle section. I had difficulty keeping up and it was stressful. It felt like the poses were being held for a half of a breath before transitioning to the next one. But all of the other SBY videos that I've tried are terrific.

Hi Sarah Beth. Absolutely love what you do - has really helped guide and shape me on my yoga journey the last 4 years. I was wondering if you might be able to make a 10-15 minute morning yoga video which includes some facial yoga. Also a 10-15 minute routine which I could do before giving a massage treatment which will help warm up all the joints and muscles, including wrists and hands and a 2 minute meditation at the end to help get into a good clear head space.
