This workout is perfect for all fitness levels and really great for everyone who doesn't have access to lots of heavy dumbbells! We have 3 rounds of 30 seconds of work per exercise so make sure you're aiming for 8-12 reps per work period! All fitness levels welcome, just be ready to work hard!
This workout includes a customized Warm-Up and Cool-Down. It's perfect for a low-impact yet intense training session.

I just found Sydney on KZbin and so thankful I did!!!! I have been doing someone else’s KZbin workouts and she does way too much high intensity cardio. I am 41 and can’t hang 😂. Since starting Sydney’s workouts I have seen a tremendous change in my body composition. I can see the muscle definition developing. Thank you for bringing awesome at home workouts that build lean muscle!!!!

I have a difficult time with short workouts with short work periods. Will probably need to modify this to feel it and get my heart rate up.

This was a fun one! 30 seconds after the 45’s flew by. I liked the shoulder/core stabilizer move. I WISH I could remember which video was focused on standing core - I was so sore for a couple days. And I loved it!

Loved the workout and crushed it! Would appreciate it if the music was turned down a bit. It's kinda overstimilating for me...starts becoming too much for my senses..when I turn down my volume though i can't hear the instructions clearly. ❤thank sydney and dustin 🤗✨️
