Great way to get the week started. This was a full body pump cardio. Literally covered in sweat on every square inch of sinew. Heart pumping explosive mives which worked the entire body. Whoa lets keep this same energy!!!!!!! Well done as always Daniel🥰🥰🥰🥰

Hello there, it all depends on you personal fitness level and how much stress your body can handle. If you are a beginner I would say start with 3x workouts a week and after a while upgrade it to 4-5x and in the best case scenario everyday if you want / can!
