30-Minute Seafood Challenge | Joe VS Angelo | Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen (S17 E1]

After arriving at Michael Cimarusti's restaurant, Providence, the Top Chef contestants Joe Sasto and Angelo Sosa were given 30 minutes to cook seafood dishes using some of Cimarusti's favorite ingredients: geoduck, oysters, caviar, celtuce, and yuzu.

his biggest chance to win by far was his season.....and then he got sick. The fact that he relayed his dish info to hung (season 3 winner) who basically cooked for him and yet it wasnt a total disaster tells me angelo would have easily won had he not been sick.
